National boutique retail stores are a core part of Coda's branding, offering a serene and premium experience. Each location features in-store consultants who guide customers through personalised skincare assessments, helping them curate their own targeted collection. While younger users may lean into the online quiz for convenience, many older women value face-to-face expertise, appreciating the care and clarity that comes from in-person support.

The core brand element is a circle - a full stop, symbolising ‘Coda’, a term that signifies completion or conclusion. A gradient reflects the layers of the skin and product steps, from a deep cleanse to the final radiant touch. A monochromatic palette of black and white conveys both minimalism and precision, while texture and light express function and elegance. The packaging entails a tactile unboxing experience - rough textured paper is embossed with the brandmark in smooth satin, representing the products effects on the skin.
